TennisInMankato.com has a large returning staff each summer. These include both our directors and our tennis instructors. When hiring our staff, we look for  adults who exemplify a wholesome role model for your children. We recruit our staff members from colleges and universities throughout the Midwest, and we hire a number of local tennis players from the community that love to teach the game. Each staff person must go through a rigorous application process, which includes a personal interview and reference check.  We maintain a low camper to counselor ratio to insure safety, supervision, and quality instruction at all times.
